I have been coming to Tokyo ramen for more than 2 years. Always love, love the food. So much variety of ramen, the food is always served hot and delicious. The staff is super friendly and all of them are soo nice. The ambience is great. Even though it is a pretty busy restaurant but still the food is great and staff is always smiling. It warms my heart to see them and have the food.

Wow! I have never been to Tokyo ,but this place took me there! Authentic Japanese home made ramen. The wait was almost 40 minutes but it was worth every second! You feel how fresh the noodles and the broth are in every bite. I absolutely recommend it!!!

Stopped here for a quick lunch while driving through the city. Highly recommend. Excellent service, delicious food and very friendly staff. Must visit if you are passing through or visiting the city!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Tokyo Ramen isn’t just my favorite restaurant in Fredericton — it’s hands down my favorite in the entire Atlantic region. I’ve been a loyal visitor for years, usually dining here twice a week, and I was heartbroken when they had to close temporarily in July 2024. But now that they’ve reopened as of May 1st, I’ve already been twice — that’s how much I missed this place! As a vegetarian, it’s incredibly rare to find such a thoughtful and delicious variety of options, and Tokyo Ramen nails it every time. Kimchi ramen with miso broth is love. I’ve had ramen across cities like Montreal, Halifax, Quebec City, London, Liverpool, Boston, and NYC — but nothing, and I mean nothing, comes close to the flavor and soul you get here. The chef is truly gifted — it’s like he brings the dishes to life with every bowl. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and I especially love their traditional-style table — something I haven’t seen anywhere else. And the people? Fumi and Masa are two of the kindest, most genuine hosts you’ll ever meet. The entire team is incredibly respectful, welcoming, and attentive. Tokyo Ramen isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a comfort place. A gem. A rare blend of incredible food, heartwarming hospitality, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re home.

First time here with my best friend, I got tokyo ramen with miso broth, extra corn, shrimp, butter and garlic and also takoyaki and gyoza. We had gotten a lot of food so it was a bit more money but great prices! We absolutely loved it, the food was so good, the staff was so nice and the vibe of the atmosphere was amazing! We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend!

Okay. King Ramen was mostly just cabbage. Huge portion too. Good for solo dining. Mango bubble tea was nice too.
